Who we are

Coach Craft Academy Media Center is run by Digimark London, 231 Wychwood Park, London, Ontario N6G 1S4, Canada. This page explains what we collect when you use the service, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Your email address, which is how you sign in and how we send you receipts and notices about your account.

What you put into the service: your brand details (business name, kind of coaching, audience, colors, font and logo), the briefs and prompts you write, and any files you upload as references.

What the service makes for you: pictures, videos, captions and other wording, kept in your library.

A record of your plan, your credits and each charge or return of credits. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and held by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Basic technical records needed to run and protect the service, such as when a request was made and a shortened form of the address it came from for limiting abuse.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for: signing you in, making your content, keeping your library, taking payment and sending receipts. To keep the service safe and working, including preventing abuse. To meet legal and accounting duties. To contact you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your briefs, uploads or results to advertise to you, and we do not use them to train AI models of our own.

Who else handles it

We use other companies to run the service, and they handle your information only to do that work for us: providers of the AI models that make the pictures, videos and wording, which receive the brief or prompt and any reference files for that request; Stripe, for payments; an email delivery service, for sign-in links and receipts; and hosting, database and file-storage providers.

These companies may process information in the United States and other countries. Our own hosting and storage are in the United States.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or ourselves.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie, which keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment pages.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, brand details and library while your account is open. Payment and credit records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you ask us to close your account, we delete your brand details and stored files within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can change your brand details and remove posts and files in the service. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it and close your account, by writing to the support address below. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy law, including the right to complain to your privacy regulator.

Children

The service is for adults running a business. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the service before the change takes effect.
