Coach Craft Academy Media Center

Terms of service

In effect from October 13, 2026

What this is

Coach Craft Academy Media Center ("the service") helps coaches make social posts and ads: pictures, short videos and the words that go with them. It is run by Digimark London ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use the service for a business or for clients, you confirm you may accept these terms on their behalf.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Credits, plans and payment

Making a picture, a video or the words for a post uses credits. The price in credits is shown before you confirm. If something cannot be made, or is blocked by a content filter, its credits are returned automatically.

A paid plan is billed monthly in advance and gives a set number of credits for that month. Plan credits that are not used by the end of the billing month do not carry over. Top-up credits are bought separately and do not expire while your account is open.

Plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the month already paid for. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except as our refund policy says.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We may change prices or what a plan includes; a change applies from your next billing month, and we will tell you by email before it does.

What you make, and what you give us

You keep whatever rights you have in the briefs, logos, photos and other material you give us. You give us permission to store and process that material only as needed to run the service for you.

As between you and us, the pictures, videos and words made for you through your account are yours to use, including commercially. We do not claim to own them. Laws on who owns machine-made content differ from place to place and are still developing, so we cannot promise that any particular result can be protected by copyright or that it is unlike anything made for someone else.

You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload, including photos of real people.

Check before you post

The words and pictures are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, and a picture can contain details you did not ask for. Read and look at everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post and for any claim it makes about your services, prices, qualifications or results.

The service does not give legal, medical, financial or advertising-compliance advice. Rules for advertising, for professional titles and for the networks you post on are yours to follow.

What you may not do

Do not use the service to make or share anything unlawful; sexual content involving anyone, or any sexualised content involving minors; content that harasses, threatens or defames; content that passes off a real person as saying or doing something they did not; content that infringes someone else's rights; or false claims about health, income or results.

Do not try to get around limits or filters, resell access to the service itself, use it to build a competing product, probe or disrupt it, or use automated means to make accounts or requests beyond normal use.

We may remove content, refuse a request, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

Other companies' services

The service relies on other companies for AI models, payments, email, hosting and storage. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and a model or feature may change or be withdrawn. If you connect another service, such as a social scheduling tool, that service's own terms apply to your use of it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features. Keep your own copies of anything you need; we may delete stored files from closed accounts.

Ending things

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service with reasonable notice. On closing, unused credits end, subject to our refund policy.

Our responsibility to you

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the service before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection your own local consumer law gives you.
